I got this link from mimimins and was very intersted in the ethos and theory of what this site had to say but he is selling an e.book has anyone dowm loaded it and did they think it was benificial, it says money back if not happy but we all know that is easier said than done. i am very tempted by it.

I would appreciate feed back

Nice to hear from you i have misplaced Paul in my house iv looked under the cushions as i do miss my bed partner evenings are just not the same, looking at the befores and afters you you look great and are always an insperation and always there with words of wisdom.

Not getting much response from your book enquiry:(

Might be time to ditch looking for the answer in a books, and get on with the diet;)

Ouch....you know I mean that with the best will in the world don't you.
 
yes your right in what your saying i should get my ass in gear , but im tempted bacuase i find his stuff motivational so i think i will go and down load it but not mad on the format of e.books as they cost a lot if you want to put it into book form
