sooo happy with my measurements!!!

Hello all,

Thanks for looking at my thread and sharing my excitement!

I decided to do my measurements 3 weeks ago, to keep track of the inches I'm loosing (my CDC only did my waist measurement on first wi) Anyway I was on week 4 when I took my 1st all over measurements.

Well today, whilst tidying I found the missing tape measure (under a pile!!) and decided to see...

Well the results are - (in 3 weeks!)

Bust/chest ~ 2 inch loss
Waist ~ 4 inch loss
Hips ~ 1 inch loss
Upper arms ~ STS
Thighs ~ 1.5 inch loss

So 8.5 inches lost all over is quite pleasing. Plus no doubt I have lost more. My waist measurement is from 7 weeks. Everything else was from 3 weeks ago.

I'm going to fiddle with my signature and get my measurements recorded! Sooooo happy

Well done Emma, double the excitement and motivation when both the scales and inches are going down!

Emma you are doing so well I love measuring it feels so good to see the results, I'm gutter I only did my waist at the very start but still great to see those inches gone forever
