Roast chicken

Just made a roast chicken. Blitzed up a bunch of thyme, bulb of garlic, zest of a lemon. placed this all under the skin of the chicken and filled the cavity with the quartered lemon & several garlic cloves. About to eat with some spring greens. Is this totally free on red? Not eating the skin.

I do think it would be free on red, yes, though I've only been doing this 4 weeks! :)
