Well, yesterday we went to the dog races for a friends b'day. We had pre-booked our table and a 3 course meal. eek.

I knew it was going to be a really bad night on SW plan. Thought i'd be able to save some syns in preparation but to be honest i didnt do a very good job.

Well i consumed the following lol;

Starter- veg soup WITH bred roll and butter
Main- Chicken in a marinade with cous cous and salad
Desert - Choc muffin with ice cream (mmm delicious!!!)

Had a bottle of red wine

snacked on crisps and nuts which were on the table.

Got home and had a feaster microwaveable baguette thing coz i was starving as the portion sizes were tiny!!!!

Ahh well the damage is done.
But it was SOOO much fun!
Won lots of times but pooled the winnings with friends and we used them on the next bets lol so didnt end up better off!

Oh i forgot to say that i took a pic of the muffin and sent it to me SW consultant lol Asking how many syns do ya reckon tee hee!!!

If the portion sizes were "tiny" perhaps the damage is not as bad as you think, ever the optermist me.

May not be as bad as you think....but its done now so just draw a line and start again, you had a good time and that's the main thing.
