Good news! You take the lower syns on EE!:D So you only score 4! Did you weigh the batch? Should be 2oz/56g, but it looks perfect to me!
You'll LOVE this plan. It's just what it says on the tin!Good luck, you won't need it!

But unfortunately your yoghurt is not free. This range used to be free but it is now 2.5 syns.

Thank you Judi, that's something else I've learnt today, I didn't realise that you took the lesser syn value on the EE diet, that's great, many thanks for the info.

OMG went shopping yesterday and bought loads of those yougurts thinking they were free! What yogurts are free on EE then? Only list the cheap ones please lol.

Good news about taking the lower syns value though. You win some you loose some xxxx

I'm not sure how expensive they are but Mullerlight yoghurts are free but NOT the layered variety. There are lots of yummy flavours to choose from that aren't layered; toffee, vanilla, mandarin etc. In my local Lidl, they are doing an offer on yoghurts. :)

All Muller Light are free, even the chocolate layered ones except the cherry choc ones.
Those, I believe, are 2 syns each.

Tesco are having a special on Muller Lights.
The packs of 6 choccie ones are 2.70 (They were 2.00 last week :() and all the others are 3 for a pound. I bought 18 today but have used 6 already in the baking... :D
I love them!

Just to clarify the Mullerlight layers are NOT free. They are 1.5 to 2 syns each. Just checked the SW syn calculator online.

Shape Feel Fuller for Longer
Danone Activia Fat Free

Both are on offer at the moment and are syn free

My apologies. You are correct. I got mixed up with the chocolate ones. I have not seen the layered ones. Maybe I was not looking!
