Slowing Down in Losses

This seems ungrateful. Complaining even slightly when I've lost nearly 100 lbs but since this is the place to be honest and talk to others in the same boat.... It's been 5 months and a half by my calculation, others have lost faster, summer is here, I'm anxious to be done so that I start the real work of WOE and exercise and so on.

It seems to have slowed down in the past two months. Very much so. (From an average of 3 kg a week to an average of 1kg a week) I'm coming up to a week of green and whites AAM soon and then back to 110%-non-cheating-3-flavors-of-shakes-only campaign. Are there chances the AAM week will jolt the loss when I get back on SS?

What is AAM?

Hi Miss Ama, you have done incredibly well and no wonder you're desperate for it all to be over. I've only been on 5 weeks and I'm totally depressed about it and want the weight off now so you are completely justified in this. But you have a remarkable achievement and it wont be long now.
I'm no expert but I think the AAM might speed up your metabolism as your body has got used to SS. There is a very popular and successful diet on the internet called The Idiot's Guide to Fat Loss and it is about keeping changing to trick your body and boost your metabolism so here's hoping for you. xxx

You should definitely be thin when you go to USA

Im not on the CD so i hope im permitted to answer but i have been in the same boat. After 2 years of great weight loss, this year has been REALY slow! I work out for an hour a day and ate very little "baddies" but nothing has moved for nearly 5 months!! ARGH

Last week i decided to shake up my workouts and increase my water intake - iv LOST 4LBs!! Woot! Im convinced that its the water that has helped :) Do you think you are drinking enough? It could be worth upping how much you have.....

My 810 week definitely helped with my weight losses-especially this week-plus I've been drinking more too.
