Saturday Hour x Hour

Well - it looks like another nice day in S.E. Essex

I'll probably do some gardening and try to watch some of the Le Mans 24 Hour race which starts this afternoon.

Have a night out tonight which will not help my plans to start LL next week but I'll be driving so at least I'll not be drinking!

I lost 4 1/2lbs this week happy with that I expect the 1-2lbs a week from now on but it will go
Have a lovely weekend enjoy the weather I'm at work this morning but at home doing gardening tomorrow
