I have made a pasta quiche for the first time and i made it in two dishes. I was wondering whether it is possible to freeze one of them for another time. Does anyone know.
I have frozen quiche before and tbh, when it was defrosted, it wasn't that nice....it was rather watery, I suspect from the cottage cheese, not the pasta. It wasn't inedible (but then I eat anything!!) just not as nice as eating it fresh.
