omg i have noticed my hair is really thin
any suggestions
been on cd for 2 weeks now after returning from 2 months off cd
taking vitamins tablets
will my hair grow back as it seems really thin????:cry::cry:

Hi Nimi. I dont have any experience (yet?) of hairloss or thinning but it is a real worry for me. My hair is the one thing about myself that I have always liked and I have heard that some people do have temporary problems with it falling out. So, I am sure there will be people along with advice and reassurance. I have not read about anyone who had permanent hair loss......it seems to recover well given time and some take specialist hair supplements. Hang in there I am sure people will post lots more info. Best wishes.

Yes, your hair should grow back. It will probably be healthier and shinier than the hair that fell too because of all the vitamins you are getting.

No, I havent noticed it yet but then I have really thick hair and probably wouldnt notice it much.

thanks for replys but im sure there are some good tablets on the market i need to find out about

My hair is falling out too - it happens to a lot of us. My CDC has told me to buy something called silica from H+B or similar (she rang HQ to find out what to recommend). My hairdresser was the one who noticed it, and he recommended vitamin B. Although my hair is thinning, at least it's not coming out in clumps like some people - I guess I'm thankful for small mercies!

hi ive had hairloss before and i tried some hair oils the best 1 for growth is almond oil. try it

Nimi I am totally with you on this!!! I've been doing CD for 6 days and I've just noticed that my hair is coming out in handfuls too!!!! It does come out alot anyway, but i'm sure it's more!

Emmapetty that sounds interesting. How did you hear about it and is it the shampoo that you use?

Yes I do use the shampoo - I actually got it from someone on the 100% forum. I'd started a thread with the same worry as others ;)

What did it for me was when washing my hair or brushing it clumps of hair would come out and I paniced.

I've been using the shampoo for nearly 3 weeks now and the clumps of hair coming out is non existent. I am going to get the conditioner as well because my hair does feel a dry, but it's not falling out thank goodness :p

They do have starter kits with 3 things - shampoo, conditioner and treatment. I haven't tried that, but if you are not sure it will work for you, it might be worth trying that first. I've got to say I noticed a difference after 3-4 washes.

Hugs x x x

Haha, I was the one who recommended this treatment, not thinking at the time that I would actually need it myself! (I'd just seen their website and thought that it sounded good.) Glad to know it works anyway. :)

I'm going to be trying the lot now - shampoo, tablets, vitamins - the full monty! :D

Might be worth going to the doctors with this one. The diet wouldn't have caused it. Not in 6 days. You need to be on it for a few months for it to be anything to do with the diet.

Thanks for the link, have just ordered the starter pack:p...I know ya have to be on cd a while for hair loss to start but prevention is worth a go haha...and the shampoo looks really good, hope it smells nice:D

I love the smell of it actually! lol

My nose is very sensitive lately!
