Not been on for a while, But I am back lol!

Is thinking positive!
Hi everyone, Not been on here for a while.. But just thought I would come on and say hi to everyone :p I am still on Lipotrim, And now into my 14 stones, Cannot believe I use to be 26 stones at the beginning of the Lipotrim journey, I am in a nice comfortable size 16 jeans :D And cannot wait until I am a size 12 (Bring it on) Hope everyone is doing well and keep at it you lot we can do this!!!

On a down side to my success I am getting upset with the excess skin I have and it is getting me very down :( I knew that I would have some loose skin considering how big I was, And at my heaviest I was 31 stones 4 years ago..But I just got to keep thinking that I have added more years onto my life (Please God) and atleast I can be around for many years for my Nephews and Nieces, I also play football with them now and go on the huge trampoline with them :D That is a lot of fun and it it so nice being able to join in and not just sit on the side lines because I was to big to do anything like that, I just am hoping that I will get my excess skin removed by the NHS but I am worried sick that they will reject me :( I keep my doctor informed of my weight loss and tell them my concerns and how I feel, I also tell my psychiatrist too..I have just been recently referred to see a psychologist for CBT talk therapy for confidence and low self esteem and depression, So hope all this may help..There is nothing much they can do for me at the moment until I get down to a healthy weight and BMI..Just got to put my life in Gods hands and see what he has planned for me, Whatever happens happens I guess! Anyways sorry for going on...Keep at it you lot, We will be skinny sods in no time ;)

(Hugs you all) XX

Well done, You are a inspiration to others with your fantastic weight loss. Do you have photo's of before and now to keep you focused on how far you have come on. I'm sure all will come good regarding excess skin removal, I watched a program on the TV where another lady had it removed. Godd luck with all you do. Take care Ju x

Hi Laura, you...are....amazing!!!! You have achieved so much, I'm sure that the NHS will do something for you, regarding removing excess skin. In the meantime, get whatever help the GP has to offer you about the depression, I'm sorry you are going through that sweetie. Come on here as often as you can, to get encouragement and to encourage, you have so much LT experience to give. xxx
