Another Challenge
I loved being part of the 100% challenge and although I didn't complete it 100% it really motivated me to try my best
I would love to be a part of another one similar, maybe a week long challenge of some kind
Any thoughts and ideas welcome....
I thought something along the lines of:
Exercise
Drinking water
5 a day (fruit/veg)
Avoiding the scales
I don't know, would love to hear your ideas. We could maybe have the weekend off and start a new one on Monday
