It, hubbys 50th today and our wedding an. (oh save the congrats - you get less for murder lol) and we are going out for carvery 3 course lunch. I know the starter is either soup or chicken wings and the puds are bread and butter pudding, apple crumble or something that passes as a lemon desert, so not going to have any of these, but which of the starters do you think would have the less syns in?

Oh dear, I am salivating now thinking about the roast potatoes and the yorkshire pud......I must be strong, I must be strong..........HELP!!!!!

I'd have the soup tbh. Once you've taken the skin off chicken wings there's not a lot left!

Mains are good at a carvery, just leave the roasties alone and add a few syns for the gravy and you're okay.

You'll definately do well to leave the puds alone - lots of syns in there!

Enjoy your lunch (and congrats anyway!!!)

What plan you on?
