Have been really stupid and messed up my diet again, dont seem to be able to stick to anything! I was really inspired and very positive and did really well until I had a very bad tummy bug. Anyway.... have been eating again normally for the last couple of days and am now not sure if I should carry on with LT or do something a bit less restrictive like WW. My body doesnt know weather its coming or going with all this Yo Yoing. Has anyone else cocked up this badly? xx:wave_cry:

I think you need to get your head round what diet you would like to do. If you want to eat then go for ww. This is an extreme diet and not for the faint hearted. It is hard and socially you can miss out on things.

Good luck on your weight loss journey whatever you decide.

This is really the only diet I know that can give you some fantastic and quick weight losses....you do have to get your head around it but the outcomes are so worth it, if you do stick with it you will see some great results. Give yourself some very small goals...day to day if it helps...good luck what ever you decide.

Its an awesome diet imo and there is no other to compete

however if you feel you cant stick to it id say try WW or something else

Only you know if you can stick to this or not. Thing is it's all or nothing - it's not like ww or sw where you might be able to get away with a little cheat here & there.
If you can't give it 100% you're better not wasting your money on it, but if you can you'll get where you want to be in the fastest possible way and in a way which allows you the opportunity, should you choose to take it, to examine and change the unhealthy relationship with food that got you where you are in the first place.

Good Luck whatever you decide. x

I totally agree with Jan. Lipotrim demands 100% commitment and the results are not only very fast and healthy weight loss, but a real chance to change your (bad) realationship with food once and for all. After 10 weeks, healthy food tastes as fabulous as Burger-king, fries and onion rings once did......I now have the body I've yearned for, plus I now have a spanking new, fabulous wardrobe of size 14 clothes.....so will I go back to my bad eating habits...??? DEFINATELY NOT!!!!!! No-one who knows be ever believed I could do something as radical as this, but after 10 days of so...it was EASY!!! You just need to get your head in the right place. Good luck, whatever path you choose.

I echo what everyone has already said - it is fabulous, if you're head is right. whenever i want to eat something (although on week 4 and havent felt like this for a couple of weeks now) i just look down and realise i want to be slim even more.

the other thing that keeps me going is at £36 a week, it's only £1.70 a meal, so we're probably all saving a packet! handy when you think of all the new clothes we need.

WW costs what about £7 a week? plus all the food you need to buy so i reckon this is the fastest and cheapest way to lose weight.

Hope thats helps you hun. Good luck! and if you choose to switch, keep popping in and letting us know how you get on!

I have never in 37 years tried a "Shake Drink" diet as I didn't agree with it. But when Lipotrim came out it changed my view. Yes you do have to put certain socialising on hold but the benefits are fantastic, I wanted my weight off quick so this was just what I needed. I really hope you can just focus that this is a temporary period where you need to focus on you, by doing that you will succeed. God luck and take Care Ju x
