Week 17 wi and really happy.................

I have stayed on ss+ for the last few weeks now and haven't gone back, last week I lost 1 1/2 which I was ok about as I had lost over 4 stone and got into the 10's so it kind of took away the ooooohhh only 1 1/2 pounds but.. i was thinking hmm if I dont lose that much this week on ss+ will change back to ss.

Anyway I lost 3 3/4 today sooooooooo I was really happy...

Also I received my letter from Cambridge today to say my telephone interview is next week....... Yayyyyyyyyyyyy xxx
 
Woo well done!! Must feel great to still be doing so well, you should be really proud of yourself! x

well done marissa excellent results each week!! I would not go back now to ss even if you lost 1-2 pounds a week maximum or even less as you are nearly there and your body getting used to the food and as you move up the steps gives you a much bigger chance of keeping of for ever!! well done ben xx

That's FAB Curly, so pleased for you. The last pic in your photo lineup is GREAT!!! What a difference, you skinny little thing! I didn't know you were going to train as a CDC but y'know I can't think of anyone better to try for it, you go, girl!!!

Well done curly. that is soooooo fab!! and well done on the training, I have training on Saturday too. You are gonna be a great cdc, so positive!!
 
Great job...you are doing sooooooo well..........you will have so much great experience of being on CD to pass on to your clients..when they look at what you have achieved they will be super inspired!!!
