HELP

Hi all,

I would really like your help. I really need to lose a lot of weight. Now i've done weight watchers before and lost a lot ... i've also done slimming world before and enjoyed that. Now I don't know which diet to do ... I don't think I could stick to points anymore then again is s/w going to ristrict me too much?

Help please. :p

Are you up for making your own diet? That way you don't have to worry about points and whatever else those diets entail. And really, every living person is on a diet, diet doesn't mean weight loss, diet means what you eat. :p I often hear people say "I'm finished my diet" and you think...what, so you're starving yourself now? :p

Anyway I'm no expert on those specialist diets and programs, but you can create a simple fat loss diet of your own. Will you be doing exercise also?

Hey good luck with whatever path you choose.
But if you are serious about losing weight you will do it! You've done it before!
 
Which diet did you feel most comfortable doing? Make lists of the plus and negatives of each diet.
