Does anyone know the syn value of Cup Noodles Thai Spice Satay Style 90g made by Tiger Tiger Less than 5% fat. Someone in the office reckons they work out about 5 syns but I'm sceptical

I can't find anything by tiger tiger, but a very rough rule-of-thumb is to divide the calories by 20 and you'll get the syn value. i always use this rule when i can't find what i'm looking for

The only ones I can find from Tiger Tiger are the following

Pad Thai 90g pot - 16.5 on original and 3 on green

Tom Yum Hot & Spicy 90g pot - 20.5 on original and 7.5 on green.
