I'm coming off my diet until Sunday as I've got some medicals to do. I need to ear normally for a few days to make sure all my blood tests and stuff show normal levels of everything.
Anyway, now I'm panicking I'm going to go overboard!
I've only got 3 days of this eating lark, I know I can get back on to Sole Source straight after, I've done it once before when I was on holiday.
Can anyone give me some healthy meal ideas that would be low cal? Portion sizes and stuff.
I don't want to mess up my weight loss too much, I'm out of ketosis now - I needed to be so I knocked myself straight out of it when I got in from weigh in.
I was thinking of Shredded Wheat for breakfast and maybe baked potato and salad for lunch tomorrow? Any other ideas anyone please?
