Audio Books help me lose weight

I have recently started listening to audio books to make myself do something else instead of snacking. I listen whilst doing the mundane tasks around the house such as washing up, ironing, sorting socks etc. and now I'm thinking less about food (because I was bored before whilst doing the mundane tasks) and getting alot more done. It's a win-win solution, I'm really pleased with myself. My current "obsession" is the BBC Paul Temple series from way back - crime novels - which I borrow from my local library.

If snacking is your problem, why not give it a try? Does anyone enjoy audiobooks, if so let me know your favourites.
