O/T best hair dye to turn dark brown hair blonde.

any ideas?

There is none hun.It is not possible to turn dark brown to blond unless it is ur natural colour! If it isn't your natural colour it will turn into an orangey kinda colour. Anyway if u want to become blond you have to go to hairdresser as with blonde u can everything wrong!

I would never die my hair myself - always go to a hairdresser especially if you want to be blonde when you are dark brown.

And what are you DOING????? why are you putting two lots of hair colour on in one day? You are going to really damage your hair.

Summergirl is right, never ever put two lots of harsh bleaching chemical treatment in your hair even within a month, let alone a day!

If you want to go blonde the best thing is to go to a hairdresser and ask for a free consultation and they will advise on trips and costs. I went from mid brown to blonde and it took around 4 treatments until I was at a light ash blonde, it takes a while to build the colour up as I had pre coloured hair. It depends on whether you are dying natural hair or pre coloured hair as on natural hair the colour is easier to lift.

Unless you are dying 2 shades up or 2 shades down, I wouldnt advise using a home kit.

I have red hair which is really hard to turn blonde, have tried loads on mine which havn't worked and the one that works a treat is the wella hair streaking kit (may have to use 2 on a full head of hair) or full hair treatment (if you can find it)!

I went from dark brown to blonde in one day....1st i went ginger, then i put 2 lots of bleach on and my hair fell out!!! Went to the hair dressers the next day and had my hair dyed black and cut very short to try to make the mess id done look half decent!! DO NOT TRY IT TRUST ME!!!
