So for those of us who work or regularly buy lunches, what do you opt for? Here are some of my favourites:

Boots
Shapers Chicken Salad (around 280 cals)
Shapers Sweet Chilli Wrap (265 cals)
Shapers Salt & Vinegar Twirls (70 cals)

M&S
Nutritionally Balanced Pasta & Crushed Sausage (280 cals?)
Count On Us Nacho Chicken Wrap (280 cals)

I need inspiration! As lovely as these are, you do get sick of them after a while!

I always make my own packed lunch for work so I can pack in lots of salad and fresh fruit. I am also watching the pennies at the minute so I can get this last credit card paid up...however I have been very partial to M&S sandwiches and wraps...they are lush. x

when I was WW'ing (loosely based on Calories) a huge salad from Subway or a 6" sub (299 cals, for one loaded with meats and salad ) was pretty good on the calories.

Or Pret a Manger vegetarian Sushi - pretty lush and quite low too @277 calories

I don't have a Pret a Manger near me, but I've tried to subs and they are delicious!

I love M&S sushi. Big variety and portion sizes. But even if you opt for a 500-600 cal portion, it's still good calories in the scheme of things and so nutritious. At least, that's my excuse and I'm sticking with it! ;) They also do the most gorgeous pre-packed 'berrytastic' fruit salad of strawberries, nectarine and raspberries. Combination made in heaven.

John West Light Lunch range is good, too. All around 200 calories for the tub, and the Moroccan salmon is actually very tasty, as is the Mediterranean tuna.

Asda have a Fresh Tastes range in their fruit & veg department... humungous salad bowls with prawns and the like, very low in the calories.

If you have anywhere to heat up a bowl of soup, I'd definitely add that to your lunch with a sandwich for the filling factor. Batchelor's Soupfuls pouches are really portable and around 160-200 cals for the whole lot.

IMO Tuna light lunches are disgusting! Youc an tell they have been sat on a shelf!
At work for lunch i like to have 2 slices of milk roll with disney tinkerbell pasta shapes :) Just under 215 calories :)
Sometimes i can just make do with a pack of snacka jacks and a yoghurt :)

school lunches are just carbs as healthy as they should be they aint great, so i have to take my own lunch.
