Excercise on the 1st week

Most don't recommend any exercise the first week, like you said, you're usually too tired to do anything!

I started going to the gym 3 times a week from week 2 and was fine. I did light toning exercises and now go twice and once for swimming. They do recommend exercise though for toning up. Just take it easy and listen to your body.
 
yeah i skipped the first week of exercise as i just couldnt face it last time

been on one day so far and already been to the gym lol
