Wow, that's fantastic, well done, that's such a great loss for two weeks.

Hey everyone, thank you all so so so much for the support and encouragement! And well done to everyone on there losses too! And Witchy defo best diet ever!!
Even my mum is now on it, she started on Monday!
I am so so pleased with the loss.... and defo boosted me on for this week... well its over halfway now.
After my great weigh in, I went to the dentist, had 2 back teeth out, not fun and then by yesterday my gum was abcessed and I was feeling pretty lousy, but now on antibiotics and had another 3 filings for good measure hehehehehe. But I am still SS 100% even though to be honest I was looking for some comfort.. I just had 2 lots of the soup lol... gotta to improvise!!
Anyway feeling better this morning, and went for a run!! yes a run... only 20 mins but cant belive I managed it!
well i shall stop rabbiting on lol... hope ur all having a great week!

oh and does anyone know when I can put a picture on here!? :)
