ConFused?!?!?

I Brought ALLI This Morning and took one at about 11am than ate a bowl of crunchy nut. The Boots Pharmasist Said to take 1 tablet every 8 hours But in the ALLI Booklet it says take one before meal time. Ive only just read this and have already ate a wholemeal ham sandwich without taking a tabelt beforehand! what shall i do? Shall i just wait and take one before dinner? or shall i stick to every 8 hours?

Well if you are taking it every 8 hours, that would be 3 times a day. so i guess its the same thing really! it works best taken before you eat so i suppose its up to you. as long as you dont take more than 3 in a day. hope that helps

you need to take it with or just after every meal It has to be taken no later than an hour after a meal is consumed or it wont work
