Well where to start?

Im sitting here in tears at what ive became.. confidence gone self esteem rock bottom.. looking in the mirror and not seeing me!

may seem a lil extreme all the self loathing.. but thats the thing I love me.. the REAL me.. hidden away under 4 extra stone!

So instead of the tears I am going to change and fight to get the old me back!

I jst hope ive got what it takes..

2moro is a new day I will phone my nearest CDC and get seen ASAP..

Wish I could give you a hug. Please don't feel so low about yourself... you sound like a lovely person, and look really beautiful in your avatar. You're still the same fundamental you whatever weight you are. The people who really matter won't ever think otherwise.

Sorry about thepity post last night.. did feel good getting it off my chest tho!

Today is a new day and I did it.. I called a CDC and have an appointment for tomoz :bliss:

Today tho Ill try and drink pleanty water eat healthy and I plan to go for a walk round a big park near me with my OH x
