'this time i'll do it!'
hi all, iv really had a bad couple of days, iv been really good for 4 weeks but went out on friday night to meet up with some friends and ate crisps and houmous and cream cheese on french stick, also i didnt take a tablet,
then yesterday i was good and ate hardly any fat,,, then i made southern fried chicken for the kids and ate 4 drumsticks!!!also i forgot to take a tablet with it.
i just dont want to put weight back on and feel really terrible!!
iv been fine today and am back on diet with tablets, but im so mad that i easily slipped back into bad habits!
dont know if this is just coincidence but it is my totm so will have to watch out next time..

well, it seems to be one off so dont worry about it and try to be strong. sometimes it is difficult to resist all that fantastic food. I gave up smoking 2 and 1/2 years ago and now I am trying to apply the same rules to food:))) it is not easy but with all the support we have we'll manage.

Everyone has bad days and slip ups hun, don't worry about it. As long as you get right back on track like you have, you can easily control any damage.
It's always hard around that time of the month, but you have to stay strong.
Keep up the good work!

I agree, the important thing is that you havent given up and have got back to it.

Thats what has changed for me as if slipped up before I used to just give up.

I too have TOTM and have had cheesecake!!!
so tomorrow might be tricky!

Back to it now though.

thanks for the replies and support, its so nice that others understand how we feel, i am now back on course and am putting the couple of days behind me.
iv been good today and really want to lose this weight so im going to be extra careful from now on,
thanks again xx

At least you're back in the zone now, I bet in the past that might have turned into a month long binge - I know it would have for me!

I'm having a few days off from taking the tablets in the middle of this week as I have parties etc but instead of looking forward to treating myself I'm looking forward to getting back on the tablets!
