Wanted to know the value of 1g so that I could weigh a potato and work out how many syns to have 1 or 2 depending on syns with my lunch:-
22.5 divided by 450 gives me 0.05 so I reckon I need to weight my potatoes and whatever it weighs times by 0.05?
