A & B Choices

Hi all

Lost about 3 stone last yr and have kept it off.. until recently! I have put on a little over half a stone and really want to get it off again. Can anyone help by reminding me what the A & B choices are for Red and Green days?

A - Milk and cheese
B- Bread, Cereal Bars and Crispbreads, Cereal, Dried canned and cooked fruit, Fish, HiFi bar, Meat and Poultry, Nuts and seeds...

Can anyone else add anything please x
 
Great thanks - am I right in thinking that tinned tomatoes are free food on either day? I know that tomato puree has a syn value though.

Which will you be doing, green original or the extra easy?
 
When I did it last time, I ended up having green days 6 out of 7 - I love carbs and found it so easy to lose weight just eating pasta with different tomato based sauces filled with veg, rice based dishes with quorn and a jacket potato a few times a week with baked beans and a bit of cheese. I also found that using parmesan grated was much better than using low fat cheddar etc int terms of quantity.
How long have you been doing SW for?
