When I did it last time, I ended up having green days 6 out of 7 - I love carbs and found it so easy to lose weight just eating pasta with different tomato based sauces filled with veg, rice based dishes with quorn and a jacket potato a few times a week with baked beans and a bit of cheese. I also found that using parmesan grated was much better than using low fat cheddar etc int terms of quantity.
