...with the weight loss so far this week. Don't know why as I expected a bad week because of totm-just maybe not quite this bad! After my 3 3/4lb on Monday, I've then yo-yo'd up and down all week, finally losing 3/4lb this morning. I don't normally have any kind of 'whoosh' at the last minute so I'm not really expecting anything more. I was feeling a little bit pee'd off-until I tried some clothes on that was!
Now I know I've lost another 4 inches since last month-but that's not enough to really notice as such. I tried a skirt on this morning that I thought was a size 14. I couldn't quite do it up but it didn't surprise me as I couldn't get anywhere near a size 14 a couple of weeks ago. When I took it off I noticed the label-it was a size 12! I then tried another skirt on that I thought was a size 16 and it fitted perfectly. Again, no surprise-until I saw the label and it was a 14!
So now-even if the scales don't show anything much, how can I be disappointed? Since I had my hair cut last week I've noticed the difference even more myself now when I look in the mirror. More people are noticing at work now-even if they don't say anything I notice their faces when I walk past. I'm looking forward to my 810 week next week and am actually going to try some veggies (which I normally absolutely detest by the way,so I'm hoping I can find something that I actually like to eat!)
