starting week 2 and feel like i have more energy. went for a 2 mile walk today and done some sit ups, will go for a walk again tomorrow, hoping this helps with weight loss. Its ok to exercise on week 2 isn't it? just to take it easy
 
If you feel fine doing it, I'm sure it's OK. I do lots of walking at work and have found that I tire easier, so I allow myself a bit more time to get to meetings and drink lots of water.
