I'm starting again!

Wants to be slim at 60
Haven't been on here for a while :( I completely gave up and ended up putting on more weight, not too much but a 1lb more than where I started at last time!
Well I am not going to give up this time I weighed myself last Monday and will weigh myself again next Monday and update my diary and weight loss/gain etc. I am really going to do it this time, I'm fed up of feeling fat and frumpy, I am 60 next year and I'm determined I won't 'look or feel 60' :)
 
Yes, hopefully I am in the right frame of mind, which is so important and really want to do it. Need to read all my books again and find out what I can and can't have realistically as treats. I am pretty clued up on the food situation but I always crave a bit of chocolate etc. I don't drink so that's not a problem. I used to love the Choc/Orange Hifi bars when I went to club, where I did reach my target approx 4 years ago, but I am not going to club this time so I am substituting with Alpen bars but they are not as nice. I have told myself that when I reach target again I will go back to Club as I believe being a Life Member so long as I am the same weight I can go back for free.
