I've been on LT for 9 weeks now, and lost 4 1/2 stone. I'm down to a comfortable weight, and want to now start excercising, so want to get back on to normal food.

After reading through the refeed pages, I've come up with the following menu for the next 7 days. Just wanted your opinions.

Day 1 (05/06/09)
1)1 shake.
2)1 shake.
3)4-6oz skinless, boneless chicken breast.
Small breakfast bowl of salad - lettuce & tomatoe.

Day 2 (06/06/09)

2)4-6oz skinless, boneless chicken breast.

if i were you id vary the salad options a bit, perhaps youdget a bit bored with the same thing day after day? perhaps some sliced raw onion, cucumber or something

sounds perfect Mike but I'd agree with harriet, try to vary your salad a little bit, try balsamic vinegar and low fat naural yog. Good Luck I'm sure you'll be fine!

Do you really want to have spag bol 4 days on the run? If I were you I'd be varying the carbs a bit rather than having spag every day. 6 new pots, some instant mash, some bread or a roll etc.
What are you having with the baked pot day 3? I think the idea is to add it into a meal not have it instead.
You haven't got any desserts on there, some fat free fromage frais or some low fat yoghurts, fruit or maintenance formulas?
And don't forget you can have snacks too - a sandwich or some fruit or a maintenance bar maybe?

Hope this doesn't sound critical, just suggestions :) Best of luck with it x
