Seems like you shall have to wait until after re-feed, but I know they are very low in calories so you can enjoy them during maintenance. Not too long to wait now!!! At least you aren't craving deep-fryed mars-bars!!!!

lol i do and i will stick to it to the letter jan thats why i thought id ask - cuz although they taste fishy theyre mainly processed arnt they?
