I've done something silly!

Getting fit for 30!
Well well well, if you go through all my post I sound like I know what I'm going on about, telling people to eat more, measure their HE's eat all their syns, check values and then I do something stupid.

Turns out I can't read! I got Tesco low fat natural yoghurt instead of fat free or VFF luckily for me it's only 2.5 for the whole tub!

But don't listen to my advice! Run, hide under the bed, save yourselves - maybe pies and cakes and chocolate is the answer to weight loss!! Aarrrgggg!!

Oh squiddie, we all make mistake's love, and I love you advice, so I shall still continue to read it and use it, thank you...

Been there done something similar - we all do it love. Well syn value wasn't too bad and you had a tasty treat hehe

:)

Hi Squiddie, that is not as bad as buying a naan bread and then finding out it had 22.5 syns (it was just after I started SW). At least I only made the mistake once! Don't stop posting, your posts are good and enjoyable.

I did the same thing yesterday. lol

S'ok, someone *dobedooooo* was eating Batchelor's Super Noodles 'for free', only to realise it's the 99% fat free ones which are free!

Are you talking about the turquoise blue with white writing yoghurt from Tesco????I have this too, but didn't know whether it counted as a syn free food or not...it's the lowest fat one that Tesco do though, isn't it? What's the 'proper' free yoghurt?

At the end of the day 2.5 syns for that massive tub (500ml???) isn't too bad is it?

Sainsbury's basics natural yogurt is free. I usually go for onken fat free or yeo valley fat free natural yogurts.
