kraft philadelphia light garlic and herb

I'm sure I saw somewhere that you could have the light garlic and herb as a HEa?? Although ive just checked online and it says 2syns....ooops, ive just had 100g - 8syns (although it was yummy on scan bran with tomatoes and watercress). Anybody know if any of the philadelphias count as a HEa?? Thanks
