Aerobics work of the devil!

Went to Aero dance for the first time last night feel like i have been beaten with a stick today lots of fun though was wondering if anyone else had started classes and things, now i'm at a plateau i'm having to work alot lot harder.
 
Haven't started a class, but would like to....Doing wii fit though.....does that count? :p
 
I started step aerobics the other week and i did it on a monday, by friday i could only just walk properly again! :eek:

Make sure you do a proper cool down and stretch after your workout 2 avoid muscle fatigue. If this is the first time u have done any activity in some time then it will b a shock 2 your system so you will be sore for a few days until your body gets used to it.

Have a nice steam and sauna after your next class or a bath with radox, it will help with the aches.

I was always told that if you ache then you did the moves correctly!

I have bought a crosstrainer for my bedroom. Burns calories much quicker than say a bike. I did 10 mins, 1.5 mile and burnt 200 cals :) I should get alot better though, only the first week of using it. Bargain £30 too :)
