Hi All!

I am feeling sooo good!!

This week alone, two colleagues have told me I look 'stunning' and loads more have said they can't believe the change!
On Saturday a man stopped his car to let me cross the road and then shouted 'will you marry me?' out of the window!
I feel ruddy marvellous. This diet ROCKS!! xx
