O/T Op tomorrow :(

Hey girls how is everyone this evening?

I am feeling a little nervous as I have to go in to hospital for an op tomorrow and not looking forward to it

On the upside its nil by mouth tomorrow which should help with the weight loss....

theyre good.

things with the OH have really improved and the stress has gone away.

And im doing okay on LT, im suprised that i am not missing eating, i am struggling a bit but since monday i have lost 4 3/4 pounds so im really spurred on.

how are you anyhow (apart from the whole op) are you still using the dietmeal products?!

Glad to hear that kels, bloody men eh! And yeah I am still using the dietmeal products, didnt weigh myself last week as I was poorly and didnt think it would be a very accurate reading so next weigh in is on Friday x
