on refeed

Hi all has been a while sorry life crazy busy, I wanted to let you know that I have started refeed, I couldn't do anymore LT, I did it 4 5 months last year but this year I was really low, and it is the right decision for me as I am back to my bubbly self, I want to thank all of you for your support and encouragement this site is exactly what lters need, keep up the good weight loss all and get to where you are happy, not some number some one thinks you should be.
