Hi everyone!

I am happy happy happy! Had my weigh in this week and i am thrilled to say I have lost 12lb so i am now in the 13's, ok only just but still 13something sounds better than 14something!

Even better, sort of, Im no longer hungry! It is getting alot easier! My taste buds mush have changed loads i now love coffee!

Well done you - that's a great result!

You might want to post in the main Lipotrim Forum too - mostly only the refeeders look on here, you'll miss out on some support that way!!
