hi everyone.
I have just finished week one yesterday and lost 7 pounds ! Thought it might be a little more, but however... :sigh:
I started week two today adn feeling really postive after breaking the diet yesterday with a few little cheats! I had 3/4 of a turkey sandwich!! I'm so dissapointed with myself but I'm only human!
It's my birthday in 4 weeks and i would love to drop 2 stone! But that isn't really very realistic! So I am planning on a stone... but really a stone and a half! and i was just wondering weather this can be done ( without cheating of course).
I am so serious this time and really need to loose the weight as the birthdya that is coming up is a pretty big one! 18!!!!!
any help would be great!!
