Reasons I'm so happy today:

* its hot and sunny
* Philadelphia light with garlic and herbs is now a HEB choice on green and EE
* found that my favourite jam is only 1 syn for 2 teaspoons!!!

Its a sad life, but its made me happy!

Sticking to plan well makes me happy too! Days like this, I can see me losing the weight and keeping it off for good!

I'm going to get the Philly light tomorrow! I love it (nice on a baked potato or as a pasta sauce) The basil light one is a Heb too (56g)

Yes I use it loads in sauces to make them creamy, its also lush spread on crisp rolls! although thats your two HEBs for the day in one go!
