well that wernt so bad i have to say omg how amazing does the food taste it blew me away and ive been a chef for 18 years and what i had was so simple but the flavore was intense so here is first day menu
day one=breakfast lipotrim chco shake

lunch=handfull mixed salad leafs two radishes quarter red onion 4 cherry toms 2 spring onions half stick celery all finely choped then added sea salt cracked and pepper milled with small tin tuna sprinkled with 12 year organic balsamic vinger (bloody exspeceive but worth every pennie as it my only treat lol)could not finish it all

dinner=lipotrim maintenes choc whip god very sweet and filled me up more than the salad and 3 liters of water whole day :D
 
Glad you doing ok Justin. See all those worrys yesterday and what for you'll do great.
 
Couldn't finish the salad......??!! Never had that problem when I started re-feeding!!! Food is now my friend, I eat only when I'm hungry now and NOT because it's breakfast time etc. I want to choose healthy options and I really enjoy the tastes and flavours so much more after the detoxifying effect Lipotrim has made on my body. Best of luck on the rest of your re-feeding.

day two breakfast= lipotrim carmel bar (sweet as hell but ok)
lunch = scotish smoked pepper mackrel fillet, mixed leaf salad, red onion,spring onion,radish,celery,cherry tomato with pepper and sea salt and 12 year organic balsmaic vinger bloody lovely ate it all
dinner=chicken fillet marinated in my own made cajun spice cooked on griddle pan no oil and two table spoons of carrots brocly and cauilflour (lmao how small is that dont get it really your aloud more salad than that )with a bit of balsamic viger on it felt full today but not uncomfortble had 4 liters of water and two pieses of sugar free gum omg it was lush lol roll on day 3

lunch -smoked mackrelfillet,salad,redonion,spring onion,radish,cherry toms,balsamic vinger
dinner=cajun spiced chicken beast,6 oz jacket potaoe,small breakfast bowl salad balsamic vingeret , and some mint low fat yogurt for jacket ------one coke zero 3 liters water good day every thing taste lush

day 4 =breakfast= choc whip lipotrim
=lunch=tuna mixed with balsamic vinger with mixed leafs ,cherry toms,celery,redoinons,sprig onion,beetroot,pickled onions,kraft honey mustard dressing low fat muller light and a apple
dinner=chicken breast with tikka malsal adsa low fat sauce this was very good added a bit of cajun spice to it 1/4 jar organic brown long grain rice and small side salad with mint youg dressing low fat weight watchers fromage fraise pud and a pear
evening snack no surgar jelly with some apple and cherrys in it my god this whole day was lush food was perfect
