please could any1 tell me how i update my ticker chart its my 2nd weigh in tomoz and dont know how to do it and how to i add pix im new to this be grateful if you could help thanx?

it says i havnt lost on my profile were infact i lost 2.5 lbs dont know how u update ????????? x
