Hi Everyone!!!

I have just picked up my 1st week of CS and looking forward to starting tomorrow. I have already lost 3 stone on Lipotrim and kept it off since Sept but jumping on the CS wagon to shift my last stone xxxx

good luck with your CS journey...a few bits of advice...avoid the soups they are disgusting but the shakes are lovely. and as you probally already know through doing lipotrim drink lots of water

the ladies on here are supper supportive so you're gonna get lots of help and encouragement!

Thanks guys just gonna have my 1st shake!!! Im not looking forward to Thursday Im off to see oasis and if ther weather is nice ill be tempted to have a nice cool cider ha ha ha x
