A little of everything!
Well, I just got my thyroid results back and they've dropped back into the 'normal' range- so I literally have no excuses left, or reasons why I'm not shifting this weight as quick as I should.
All I can do is keep the faith and keep plodding along until Friday. If I have another bad weigh-in I don't know what I'll do though...I'm getting very de-motivated to keep at it when I'm getting such small losses?
I think to myself, maybe I should just accept the weight I am and just go back to eating healthy and trying to maintain the weight I'm at now? :sigh:
