I'm now just having the tetra packs. But I've heard that you should drink more water with them. How much should I now drink a day?

Half a pint to a pint will be fine. I used to put them in a huge mug and add hot water for a lovely hot chocolate before bed also nice with a spoonful of coffee, like a mocha. Or for this weather you could put in a pint glass add some cold water and crushed ice.

I have a tetra most days i didnt realise we were meant to have extra water with them or is that extra through day. I have about 3ltrs a day.

I think you can either add water to them, or drink extra through the day its personal preference.

i have 2-3 a day ( depends if i have bars )

and with the bars and tetras you need to add 1/2 pint - to a pint of extra water, to make up for what you would of have in you made the shake from a powder mix etc

i tend to have to drink 4 litres of water a day plus i have tea,black coffee etc i am only 5'2 so thats enough for me !

What do the tetras taste like if you add water to them? do they taste a bit too diluted? I only have one in my fridge & I don't want to ruin it! Thanks!

Everyone's tastes are different. I personally found them quite rich and although I would drink them from the carton at work, at home I preferred them diluted a little bit, didnt have to worry about glugging the extra water that way either

At the mo I am on 3 choc Tetras a day and I dont dilute them..to me it feels quite decadent to have a thick shake, however, I do drink around 3.5 litres per day.

You are right, everyones tastes are very different. I hate the Tetra's watered down. I like the chocolate Tetra in an emergency or when I have had 2 packs and I feel full and don't really fancy my third, but I find they don't fill me as much as a soup or a shake.

I tend to drink the tetras on there own.. and then try to drink between 3 to 4 litres a day of water.
Just really depends on what Im doing that day .. x
