hi I was wondering can we eat sausage in inductin and do we count carb like it says so many Ouse of cheese salad and veg does that mean the carb count is worked out? Or do I still need to add up?

You need to count all your carbs love, and there are a couple of sausage threads about Lidl and Asda sausages.
