does anyone know if sliced cooked chicken breast is free or a syn its the sort you defrost and microwave, wanting to make a chicken and bacon sandwich filler

I would assume if it is 100% chicken breast then it would be free.
Is it branded? If so, give me the name and weight and I will check for you
