Boiled Egg

Not out of ketosis itself no, but remember that even though you will be in ketosis you are still taking in extra calories, fat and protein. So if you (and i'm not for a minute assuming you would) keep picking (even if its low in carbs) its possible your weight loss will not be as good as it could have been if you were 100% ( Tried to reword this umpteen different ways to sound kinder but its very difficult to gauge it)

Just draw a line under it and be 100% over the next few days

I doubt it, to be honest! But make sure you drink lots of water. You are not the only one to succumb to an egg today - I saw a similar post earlier! xx
