Lost it on Day 8

After a 1 stone loss I blew it on Day 8. Have eaten Thursday,Friday,Saturday.

Feel awful.

Have to get back on track tomorrow.

Oh bummer. I thought you were a bit more solid than that. Your loss, or lack there of.

Put it behind you, learn those feelings, stick them in instant recall, you know the loathing, hate, disrespect, and use them next time you have the urge.

Move on.

Just get up, dust yourself off and jump back on the bandwagon Mr C. It is hard in the beginning, awfully so, I battle with it daily sometimes, but all I plan for is to just be abstinent for today, or even the next hour if necessary and the feelings/cravings soon pass. If you have a look in Paul McKenna - "I can make you thin" he has a fantastic tapping technique to take away cravings - NLP is brilliant stuff. Big Hugs hun, you will get there, we all will, one day at a time.

Have a pack tonight before you go to bed and then you're already back on track for tomorrow. Ok so you've binned a few days but it's not a one way street.

Don't get too upset with yourself, we all do it or have done it. As the lovely ladies say, get straight back in the driving seat...take control. Get drinking your water, crack open your next pack and keep focused on your goal.
You can do it...14lbs in your first week was fabulous...the plan obviously suits you...keep up that good work that got you through the first week.

Good luck x

been there
done it
not worth it

I've had a few false starts and fallen off like you so I know where you are.

It isn't always going to be easy but if YOU DECIDE no at the bad moments, you'll feel so much better later on or the next day
I also found that after each time I said no I found it a little easier
1st couple of time was a full on debate about 1 meal / day wouldn't matter over how long
but now its a erm.... no. No debate.

I know there always going to be some days that are hard, I wasted a lot of time on-off but feel so much better on

good luck

Thanks everyone, yes am about to complete my 2nd Day One and yes IT FEELS SO MUCH BETTER BEING ON IT THAN OFF IT...Just for Today as they say.

The biggest thing you lose when you are off it and eating 'without control' is Hope.

Well done for getting back on the wagon hun, it will be worth it you will see. xxx

Just wondering how it's going Mr C, now that you are back on the wagon...
